The Recount In Minnesota Is Over And Al Franken Leads Norm Coleman By 225 Votes

The contested Minnesota absentee ballots have been tallied and Al Franken's lead has widened to 225 votes but the all important election certification must still be executed before Franken can assume the seat.

The Republican Party isn't taking this very well, and although they called for Franken to concede when he was behind by a handful of votes, Coleman insists that he won with a smaller number of votes.
